Pre-announcement on the International Competition of the Urban Design and Architectural Concept Design for Shenzhen Internet Plus Future Sci-Tech City

為實(shí)現(xiàn)“立體城市、綠色城市、未來(lái)城市”的發(fā)展理念，深圳市寶安區(qū)委區(qū)政府決定建設(shè)國(guó)際一流的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”未來(lái)科技城，項(xiàng)目選址位于寶安區(qū)大鏟灣范圍內(nèi)，與前海合作區(qū)、寶安中心區(qū)隔灣相望，規(guī)劃用地面積1.32 平方公里，總建筑面積約265萬(wàn)平方米。本項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃主導(dǎo)用地性質(zhì)為新型產(chǎn)業(yè)用地+三類居住用地+商業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)用地（M0+R3+C）, 其他用地性質(zhì)包括供應(yīng)設(shè)施用地（U1）、白色用地（WH）、城市道路用地（S2）。

In order to realize the development concept of “Vertical, Green and Future City”, Shenzhen Bao’an District Committee and District Government have decided to construct a world first-class internet plus sci-tech city, whose site is located within Dachan Bay in Bao’an District, facing Qianhai Cooperation Zone and Bao’an Central Area across the bay, with a planning area of 1.32 km2 and the total floor area of about 2.65 million m2. The planned land uses of this project are for new emerging industries, third-class residential and business services (M0+R3+C), while the other land uses are for infrastructure (U1), white (WH), and roads (S2).

為將深圳“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”未來(lái)科技城打造成“國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)、國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先”的城市精品建筑，深圳市寶安區(qū)人民政府?dāng)M組織開(kāi)展本項(xiàng)目的城市設(shè)計(jì)及建筑概念設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽。

To build Shenzhen Internet Plus Future Sci-tech City into a classic urban architecture with international standard and national leading level, the People’s Government of Bao’an District, Shenzhen is planning to organize an international competition of the urban design and architectural concept design for this project.

本次國(guó)際競(jìng)賽歡迎全球具有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)及聯(lián)合體報(bào)名參加（不接受個(gè)人名義報(bào)名）。正式競(jìng)賽公告以及項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)任務(wù)書和競(jìng)賽規(guī)則將于近期發(fā)布，敬請(qǐng)關(guān)注。

All global design firms and consortiums with relevant experiences are welcomed to register for this international competition, while personal registration won’t be accepted. Please stay tuned that the official competition announcement, as well as the design brief and competition rules, will be released shortly.
